Celtics Game

Luke & I were lucky enough to go to military appreciation night last night! We had SO much fun!!!

Luke was picked (out of a hat) to do "high fives & handshakes" w/ all of the players before the game... then when we got there we BOTH were able to go out on the court to greet the players! It was SO cool! Basically we just stood there & held out a hand as they all ran by us. But it was still pretty awesome to see the players up close & personal! Shaq is HUGE... even bigger up close!! CRAZY!

We were also able to score passes to the exclusive Budwiser Legends Club! We picked up our passes & we're ushered into the club - we walked across the court during practice on our way!! Then headed to to the club where we ate a little dinner there before the game. After dinner we headed back to the court to watch some more practice time - front & center!!

The actual game was great too! We had pretty decent seats & it was so nice to see Luke & all the other service men/women the recognition that they all deserve:)

We went back to the club @ 1/2 time & had a few drinks with some super funny guys from HP! I think we laughed the entire time!! So funny!

All in all it was a GREAT night out ... once in a lifetime experience! The BEST part of the entire evening was seeing Luke - he looked like a kid in a candy shop... perfect!!

The holidays...

landon's gingerbread house!

I Can't believe the holidays are over... we had a great time celebrating channukah with some very special friends! Then our semi-new tradition of lobster on christmas eve with the marlands:) yummmm! we were finally able to celebrate with the richmonds right before the new year!

and another year has come & gone!! 2010 was a wonderful year for our little family... we became a family of 4! we are so lucky to have 2 GREAT boys... i can't imagine our family any other way. landon is such an awesome big brother & elijah just loves trying to do everything his big brother does!!

landon is doing really well with his words... pretty much everything we say he repeates to get the sound of it down (we REALLY need to watch what we say now;)) he's been working on his colors, abc's and numbers (for some reason everything is 14... must be his favorite #). he loves counting:) which is basically pointing at things & mumbling "numbers"... very cute!!

elijah is standing, pulling up, cruising, still belly crawling, eating food food!! he is working on his 5th & 6th teeth (two bottom middle were first than top middle just poked through & now the incisors are working there way down) poor boy is missrable with teeth & his first cold but he still puts on a happy face:)... love him!!

for those of you who remember when landon used to tear apart the baskets in our dining room... elijah is a PRO & he has a nice big brother who likes to help him out now & then:)

ps i now know why i never blog... it's a pain in the a*% to put a freekin' post together!! i have to start putting pictures up first! it would make it soooo much easier (i think).
